THE HOSPITALITY CUP – PARTICIPANT WAIVER

INTRODUCTION 1.1. This waiver form sets out the terms and conditions under which Participants engage in The Hospitality Cup ("the Event"), acknowledging and accepting the risks involved.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK 2.1. The Participant acknowledges the physical and possible risks associated with the Event, including personal injury, and accepts full responsibility for these risks.

  2. HEALTH AND SAFETY 3.1. The Participant confirms they are physically fit to take part in the Event and has not been advised otherwise by a medical practitioner.

  3. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY 4.1. The Participant releases The Organiser from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities incurred during the Event, except where due to gross negligence of The Organiser.

  4. PERSONAL LIABILITY 5.1. The Participant agrees that they are personally liable for their actions during the Event and will not hold The Organiser accountable for any personal injury or property damage.

  5. AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS 6.1. The Participant agrees to follow all instructions and rules set by The Organiser during the Event to ensure safety and order.

  6. MEDIA AND IMAGE RIGHTS 7.1. The Participant grants The Organiser the right to use images or media captured during the Event for promotional or other purposes without compensation.

  7. GOVERNING LAW 8.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.

  8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT 9.1. The Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver and release form.
